A tribute to our people. A big event with music and debates to keep us connected to our homeland and continue fighting the battle for freedom in Italy which is needed now more than ever.

This is Rototom Free: a ffree admission Festival that will take place on 2nd and 3rd July in Parco del Cormor (in Udine), with two live stages and some of the best names in reggae dancehall, such as:

Alpha Blondy, Sud Sound System, Fantan Mojah, Supersonic and many many others.

There will also be names like Marco Travaglio, Don Gallo, Beppino Englaro, Ilaria Cucchi, Angelo Maria Perrino, Mihai Butcovan, among the many speakers on the subject of today's Italy and its horrific prison system.

You will also find ethnic cuisines, stalls, NGOs who, like Rototom, pursue a culture of peace and respect. There will also be different themed areas that have become synonimous with Sunsplash in recent years such as the ethnic market, African Village, Living Energy, House of Rastafari and Magic Game.

In other words, Rototom Free is a sample of what Sunsplash was like in Osoppo and a taster of what it will be like in Benicassim. At this point the only thing missing is you!
