REFUNDS POLICY

The cancellation of a single event will NOT make you eligible for a reimbursement. The refund for single-day tickets (no short stay tickets or multi-day tickets), will be granted only if all scheduled concerts are cancelled on the related day.

DOGS

Please leave you dogs at home: they will not be allowed inside the concert areas and inside most of the camping areas. Please note that large dogs or dangerous breeds will not be admitted in any part of the festival grounds.

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Festival crew reserves the right to withdraw your ticket and refuse readmission on the festival grounds in the case of dangerous or inappropriate behaviour,  unsuitable with the festival moral of respect (theft, damaging, drug deal, violence)
