Rastafarian ideology prefigures the relationship between reggae music and marijuana”, according to this sentence they want to ban Rototom Sunsplash, one of the most important reggae festivals in Europe.
At the same time they risk to set a precedent that would describe as a criminal everyone promoting reggae culture in Italy. We say no to any religious discrimination and to the criminalization of Rototom Sunsplash. We defend our free consciences, our freedom of speech and our freedom of thought. We claim our rights to live in peace, brotherhood and fraternity.

Train to Roots for Rototom
The Sardinian Roots reggae champs Train To Roots have also showed their solidarity to Rototom Sunsplash with their new tune ' It' s not a crime', a song that underlines the absurdity of the charges on our festival. Featuring the new vocalist Rootsman performing together with Bujumannu and Paolino in a very hot new line up with three frontmen.

Don’t put Bob Marley on trial! All the videos of the demonstration are now available online for the ones who missed the event and for everyone who wishes to watch the concerts and check out the videoconferences with Beppe Grillo, Alborosie and Lampadread and all the video messages of support once again.
