After 16 editions of Rototom Sunsplash, the 17th comes with the sun and beautiful beaches of Benicàssim which boasts over 300 days of sun a year and a total of 18 beaches! We will for the first time be able to enjoy a free access open space complete some with programmed activities.
The Sunsplash' beach (Playa dels Terres, nearby Escuela di Vela) will host activities from 9am till 7pm daily. Here you'll find a Kiosk and a big info point, where you'll have a sound system playing music all day long.
This beach will be part of Sunsplash where many "alternative" activities will be taking place: living energy with tai-chi sessions and meditation, African Village which will be hoding African dance courses, 'Otros Confines' (Other borders) will be offering body percussion and didjeridooing, plus there will be frisbee courses at the flying station, dancehall courses, belly dancing and more...
The beaches are linked by a promenade which hosts several activities over the summer. You can find volleyball and football pitches, a playground, surf board rental, umbrellas, hammocks and roller-blading, boardwalk, cycle path, showers, changing rooms, toilets..
