LION STAGE Microguagua exemplifies how reggae can be a perfect meeting point and confluence between people of different cultures and backgrounds and is one of the hallmarks that have distinguished Rototom all along its path. In their case, this meeting occurred in 2006 in Barcelona's Raval district, the epicenter of Barcelona , where they began to perform acoustic performances outdoors.
The warm welcome they received from the public that follows them faithfully, pushed them to release their first demo tape "Rootside" (2008). They have been in tour as backing band in Spain and Europe, with the album "Barrio Santo" (2010), inh collaboration with musicians from Aretuska or Che Sudaka. They sold 15,000 copies, with more than 60 performances to promote it. They performed already at Rototom, and this year they will open the Lion Stage.
