SKA CLUB Selector and leader of Trojan Sound System, the official sound of Trojan Records. He began his DJ career in 1979 and today, Earl Gateshead and Trojan Sound System travel worldwide playing records from the Trojan extensive catalogue, transmitting the original sound of the golden age of reggae music in Jamaica.

Apart from performing in the most important festivals in Europe, Earl is a club’s man and so he has deejayed in hundreds of reputable clubs in London during the last four decades, being the sessions of the Rootikal collective, to which he belongs, one of the most important in England.
