25 agostoLutan Fyah has lately been one of the most active Jamaican "new roots" artists and we are pleased to host him for the first time at the Rototom Sunsplash. Lutan is a follower of the sing-jay tradition of characters like Anthony B., Jah Mason or Sizzla: his re-reading is very original also thanks to the richness of his vocal register style.

A detail about him is his commitment into music after a professional soccer career in Jamaica: his started recording for Buju Banton's Gargamel and thanks to his great creativity he realized many singles and albums also for foreign producers. Among which we would like to mention his works with Jah Warrior, Pow Pow, Irie Ites and Minor 7 Flat 9.
