Known as “defender of poor people”, Chuck Fender is an important name on the Jamaican new roots scene, with a long series of hits under his belt during recent years.
In fact, this artist who holds a US passport found fame in the early 90s as a dancehall artist at King Jammys' and with Shocking Vibes until a “conscious” conversion with pieces like ‘Ruff out deh’, ‘I Swear’, ‘Dilute dem’, ‘Better days’ e ‘The prayer’ helped increase his exposure.
Recent developments in his career include the collaboration with young producer Kemar Flava McGregor for his stylish comeback with his lastest album entitled “Fullfillment”.
