2012 is a year full of significance for us: 50 years ago while Jamaica finished to be Britain colony and became independent, the Jamaican ska took on a complete form, moving away from the first imitation of the American rythm&blues and initiating a long adventure which would lead to the foundation of reggae.

The latest success of Bass Odyssey is the deserved victory at this year's World Clash which took place in Motego Bay (Jamaica) last April 9, in which they defeated a top sound like Black Cat in the final round.
The Rototom brings the reggae to Albocàsser
The Rototom Sunsplash has organized a Playa Desnuda concert this Friday, May 18, for the inmates of the penitentiary Castellón II of Albocàsser. This concert is a result of a collaboration project which has started last February through programmes of the (public resocialization/therapy and education section for prisoners).
Cham
The real name of Cham is Damian Beckett who was born on February 24, 1979. Although he changed his name Baby Cham to Cham in 2005, he is still addressed with his old name by a lot of his fans all over the world.
