We are very unhappy with the bad news out of Italy regarding the Rototom Sunsplash, what’s happening to its director and most importantly to the great fans who make that event so special. The Easy Star All-Stars have twice played Rototom, including just this past summer, and it is one of the finest reggae festivals in the world. We find nothing but good people, good music and good vibes when we go there.

To show our support for Rototom, we are dedicating our two upcoming Italian shows next week to Rototom Sunsplash, in the hopes that we continue to raise awareness in this fight against injustice.
In our shows of Nov 18th in Cesena – Vidia Club and Nov 19th in Conegliano Veneto – Zion Rock Club, The Easy Star All-Stars will speak out about the situation from the stage and hope through creating a great atmosphere with their music, will help push fans to get active in supporting Rototom.
We believe our fans are good, responsible citizens, who are out to enjoy great music and have a good time. We hope people will come see the shows and decide for themselves if there’s any reason to prosecute fans of reggae music!
